Returns & Refunds
At Bollëku, every piece is selected for its cultural weight, historical value, or artistic merit. These are not mass-market items — they are preserved relics. Because of that, our return policy is structured with care, intention, and clarity.
Standard Returns (Items Under $2,500)
We accept returns for most items under $2,500 if requested within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in the same condition, with original packaging, documentation, and certificates (if applicable).
To begin a return, email billing@bolleku.com with your order number and reason for return. If approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without approval cannot be processed.
Final Sale Policy (Items $2,500 and Above)
Select pieces valued at $2,500 or more are final sale. These include rare, archival, or one-of-a-kind items that are not suited for return once handled.
We encourage serious buyers to reach out before purchase — we’re happy to provide high-resolution photos, condition notes, provenance details, or anything else to help you feel confident in your decision.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom or personalized items
- Digital gift cards
- Items sold as part of a final sale promotion
- Hazardous materials (if applicable)
European Union Orders
If your order ships to the EU, you have a 14-day cooling-off period under applicable law. Returns must still meet our condition requirements and be approved in advance.
Refund Timing
Once a return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary by bank.
