Review before purchase

Review the photographs, dimensions, condition notes, attribution, framing and accompanying documentation before purchasing.

Contact info@bolleku.com before placing your order if you need additional photographs, condition information or clarification of delivery requirements.

All sales final

Confirmed purchases are final sale. Bollëku does not offer returns, exchanges or cancellations for a change of mind, buyer preference, fit within a space or a decision that a piece no longer suits the buyer’s collection.

This applies at every price, including custom or personalized purchases, where the final-sale restriction was disclosed before purchase. Any discretionary exception requires Bollëku’s written agreement.

Separately quoted delivery is governed by the arrangements below and our Shipping Policy. Earlier purchases remain subject to the terms that applied to those orders.

Condition of collectible pieces

Age-related wear, disclosed repairs or restoration, stated limitations, and condition reasonably visible in clear listing photographs form part of the piece’s described condition. These characteristics are not defects or grounds for a return, refund or price adjustment merely because the buyer would prefer a different condition.

Review the listing carefully and request any additional condition information before purchasing.

Incorrect items, damage and material discrepancies

Final-sale status does not exclude remedies for an incorrect item, shipping damage, a material discrepancy from the listing, failure to deliver or rights that cannot legally be waived.

Inspect your purchase upon delivery. Report visible shipping damage promptly, preferably within 48 hours, with photographs of the piece, packaging and shipping label. Retain the packaging for inspection. This requested reporting period does not remove applicable legal rights.

For an incorrect item, material description discrepancy or authenticity concern, email info@bolleku.com with your order details, a description of the issue and supporting evidence.

Bollëku will evaluate the concern against the actual representations made in the listing. We may request additional photographs, documentation or a written opinion from a qualified independent specialist when reasonably necessary.

A complaint or differing opinion does not, by itself, establish an entitlement to a refund. Applicable legal rights remain unaffected.

Do not clean, restore, alter, repair or discard the piece before contacting us. Such actions can affect the evidence available to assess the issue and any remedy, to the extent permitted by law.

Authorized return arrangements

Contact Bollëku for written return instructions before sending a piece back. An unsolicited return does not, by itself, establish approval or entitlement to a refund. This coordination requirement does not limit applicable legal rights.

If a return is necessary to resolve a confirmed issue for which Bollëku is responsible, we will provide the return address, packing instructions and appropriate transport arrangements at our expense.

Return the same piece with all included certificates, documentation, frames and accessories. Keep the original packaging where available.

Where a refund is warranted because of our error, a material discrepancy or shipping damage, we will refund the affected item’s purchase price, applicable tax and delivery charges attributable to that item that must be returned, and cover necessary return transport.

For transport arranged by Bollëku, we will coordinate applicable carrier or insurer claims. You are not required to pursue those parties alone before we provide a remedy Bollëku owes you.

Cancellations and separately quoted delivery

Confirmed purchases are final sale. Bollëku does not offer cancellation for a change of mind, buyer preference or a decision that a piece no longer suits the buyer’s collection. Any discretionary exception requires Bollëku’s written agreement.

For pieces marked “quoted separately,” the buyer is responsible for responding to the delivery quote within the deadline stated in our Shipping Policy. Declining a proposed quote does not automatically cancel the purchase. Alternative delivery or collection arrangements may be considered, subject to Bollëku’s approval.

If suitable arrangements are not agreed within the applicable deadline, Bollëku may cancel the affected piece and release it for sale. If Bollëku cancels, amounts collected for that piece, applicable tax and unprovided delivery services will be refunded promptly; uncaptured authorizations will be voided or adjusted where possible.

Cancellation of an affected piece does not automatically cancel other confirmed pieces in the order.

Any discretionary cancellation may be subject to specifically disclosed, approved and legally recoverable expenses already incurred. No undisclosed cancellation or restocking fee will be imposed. Such expenses will not reduce a refund that applicable law requires in full.

These provisions remain subject to cancellation and refund rights required by applicable law, including applicable shipping-delay rights.

Refund processing

Returned pieces will be inspected before a decision is made on a requested refund. For authorized returns, we aim to complete inspection and issue any approved refund within 10 business days of receiving the piece, or sooner when legally required.

Refunds for canceled or unfulfilled orders do not depend on a return or inspection. They will be issued promptly within applicable legal deadlines.

Card and digital-payment refunds are issued to the original payment method. Bank-transfer refunds are arranged with the original payer through verified instructions. Refunds are not redirected to unrelated recipients.

Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to make refunded funds available. Payment authorization releases are not refunds; your provider determines when a voided hold disappears.

Applicable rights and contact

This policy works together with our Terms of Service and Shipping Policy. Changes apply prospectively and do not alter previously confirmed purchases without agreement or a legal requirement.

Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.
