Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days unless otherwise noted on the product page. You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your item has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Rates

We offer standard and expedited shipping through major carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS), with calculated rates based on destination and item size/weight. Options are displayed at checkout.

High-Value & Fine Art Shipping

For rare, oversized, or high-value items — including framed artwork, sculptures, and signed memorabilia — we partner with trusted third-party logistics providers offering white-glove delivery and insurance.

Shipping and insurance for these items are arranged separately and are not included at checkout. We’ll contact you after purchase to coordinate secure handling and provide a separate quote for delivery and full-value insurance.

Please ensure someone is available to receive and sign for high-value shipments.

International Shipping

We ship internationally to select countries. Import duties, customs fees, and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in product or shipping prices. Delivery times may vary based on location and carrier.

Damaged Shipments

If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@bolleku.com. Please include photos and your order number. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue and assist with any necessary claims.
