Seller and scope

This website is operated by Bolleku LLC, trading as Bollëku, based in Londonderry, New Hampshire, United States. These terms govern use of bolleku.com and purchases from Bollëku.

Our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy provide additional terms relevant to delivery, purchase issues and personal information. Mandatory consumer rights apply regardless of these terms.

Eligibility and appropriate use

You must be legally able to enter into a purchase contract. Provide accurate order, contact, payment and delivery information.

Do not use the website for fraud, unlawful activity, interference with its operation or unauthorized access.

Descriptions, condition and attribution

Our collection includes antiques, artworks, books, silver and collectibles that may show wear, repairs, restoration or other signs of age. Review the listing, photographs, dimensions, condition notes and accompanying documentation before purchasing. Contact info@bolleku.com if additional information would affect your decision.

Screen colors and approximate measurements may vary. These limitations do not excuse a material discrepancy from the listing.

Artist, maker, date, edition, material, provenance, signature and authentication statements apply as expressly described for the particular piece. Attribution language such as “attributed to,” “after” or “in the manner of” does not identify a work as an authenticated original by the named artist.

Third-party certificates and opinions will be identified when provided. They do not constitute an additional certification by Bollëku beyond our express representations.

Ownership of a physical object does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights unless expressly agreed in writing. Statements about rarity, historical importance or collectible interest are not promises of future resale value, investment performance or appreciation.

Prices and orders

Prices are in US dollars unless expressly stated otherwise. Applicable tax and disclosed delivery charges are additional. Your order confirmation records the pieces ordered and the amounts paid or authorized.

For pieces marked “quoted separately,” you may place your order before the delivery cost is confirmed. The checkout amount excludes those additional services. We will provide a written delivery quote for approval before commissioning specialist packing or transport.

If suitable delivery arrangements cannot be agreed within the deadline stated in our Shipping Policy, Bollëku may cancel the affected piece. Any payment collected for that piece and its unprovided delivery services will be refunded promptly; an uncaptured authorization will be voided where possible. Other confirmed pieces in the order remain unaffected.

Bollëku may cancel an order for unavailable stock, an obvious pricing or listing error, failed payment verification or suspected fraud. We will notify you and promptly refund any amounts collected for canceled pieces. We will not change an agreed price or impose undisclosed charges without your consent.

Final-sale terms apply as described in our Refund Policy, subject to the delivery arrangements above and applicable legal rights.

Payment and bank transfers

Payment options are displayed at checkout. Your payment method determines whether funds are collected immediately or initially authorized for later capture. An authorization may temporarily reduce your available balance or credit.

Payment arrangements for pieces requiring a separate delivery quote are described in our Shipping Policy. If an authorization expires before arrangements are complete, a new authorization or another agreed payment method may be required. We will contact you if further payment action is needed.

For bank-transfer orders, payment instructions and reservation deadlines will be provided in writing after order review. Bollëku normally reserves the piece for three business days after sending the instructions, unless another period is stated or agreed in writing.

Contact us if your bank requires more time. We may release the reservation if payment is not received within the agreed period, after notifying you. If payment arrives after the reservation is released and we cannot fulfill the order, it will be refunded promptly.

Dispatch follows confirmation that payment has been credited to Bollëku’s account and completion of the agreed delivery arrangements.

Verify unexpected changes to transfer instructions through a previously established contact channel before sending money. Refunds are returned to the original payment method or original payer through verified arrangements, not redirected to unrelated recipients.

Delivery, returns and purchase issues

Our Shipping Policy explains complimentary shipping, $200-per-piece delivery charges, separately quoted services, approval deadlines and dispatch arrangements.

The shipping amount shown at checkout does not include services for pieces marked “quoted separately.” Those services require separate approval as described in our Shipping Policy.

Purchases are final sale, with no change-of-mind returns or exchanges, where that restriction was disclosed before purchase. This does not eliminate remedies for failure to deliver, shipping damage, an incorrect item, material misdescription or rights protected by law.

Cancellation of one piece does not automatically cancel other confirmed pieces in a mixed order. Refunds, cancellations and necessary return arrangements are governed by our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and applicable law.

Consignment

Bollëku considers select works of art, silver, rare books and historical objects for consignment. Inquiries may be sent to info@bolleku.com with photographs, dimensions, condition details, available provenance and the object’s location.

Acceptance is subject to review and a separate written consignment agreement covering pricing, commission, payment, duration, insurance, delivery and return arrangements.

An inquiry or preliminary discussion does not establish a consignment relationship. Do not send objects before receiving written acceptance and delivery instructions.

Shopify and third-party services

The store is hosted by Shopify. Shopify processes personal information to operate its platform and, when enabled, provide enhanced services using interactions with this store, other merchants and Shopify.

Information may be processed by Shopify and service providers in other countries. See our Privacy Policy, Shopify’s Consumer Privacy Policy at https://www.shopify.com/legal/privacy/consumers and its privacy portal at https://privacy.shopify.com/en.

Third-party payment, authentication and delivery services may have their own terms. Those terms do not remove obligations Bollëku owes you under applicable law.

Website content and submissions

Website text, branding and original photographs may not be commercially reproduced without permission, except where permitted by law. Rights in depicted artworks remain with their respective rights holders.

We may use suggestions voluntarily submitted to improve our services. This does not give us unrestricted rights to your private correspondence, personal information or separately protected work. Customer information is handled under our Privacy Policy.

Liability and governing law

To the extent permitted by law, Bollëku is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from website interruptions or use of the website.

This does not exclude liability for fraud, willful misconduct or any obligation or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. It does not override express product descriptions or applicable rights concerning purchased goods.

These terms are governed by New Hampshire law and applicable federal law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections that apply to them.

Changes and contact

Changes apply prospectively from the stated effective date and do not retroactively change confirmed purchases without agreement or a legal requirement.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.
