A large 18th-century engraving depicting the risen Christ appearing before the Virgin, accompanied by the redeemed from Hades. Produced for the celebrated engraved collection of masterpieces from the Royal Gallery of Dresden.

Inscribed in Italian and French beneath the image and numbered 36.

Condition: Age-related staining, toning and losses primarily to the margins. The principal engraved image remains strong and highly detailed. Please refer to photographs.
