Printed by John Norton for Joseph Kirton and Thomas Warren. Red-and-black title page with ornamental device. Later leather and marbled-board binding. Title-page ownership inscription reads “Sum Wilelmi Goes”; facing leaf includes a handwritten note identifying Clement Barksdale.
Condition
Age toning, scattered spotting and staining, with rubbing and wear to the later binding. Earlier handwritten annotations remain visible.
